SHIFT LEVER
This water vehicle is equipped with a shift
lever. By placing the shift lever in “Forward”
or “Reverse”, the direction of the jet thrust
can be changed. Use “Reverse” for slow-
speed maneuvering only. It is useful when
launching the vehicle from a trailer, or when
it is necessary to back up out of tight spots
where you cannot turn around.
To shift in Reverse, close the throttle and
pull the shift lever up using your right hand.

● Make sure there are no obstacles or
people behind you before shifting into
reverse.
● Do not touch the reverse gate while it
is being shifted. You could be pinched.
