Installlargecircliponclutchdamper.
H.Bearing Housing
Installbearing housing. Tightenbearing housing bolts.
Bearinghousingbolttorque:
2.0~2.4m - kg(14~17ft - lbs)

Installoilpressuresendingswitch.
Placeplatewasheron kick shaft.Install a new
gasketandtherightcrankcase cover. Do not
use all coverscrewsuntilrotorandgenerator
coverareinstalled.
Installrotor,platewasher,springwasher and
bolt.Holdrotorwithspecialrotorholding
toolandtightenbolt.
Rotorbolttorque:
3.0~4.0m - kg(22~29ft - lbs)

4. Installgeneratorassembly.Connectoilpres -
surewarningwiretotheswitch.Install all
generatorcover and rightcrankcase cover
screws.Routethe wiring harnessandinstall
generator cover screwwithwireharnessclamp.
5.Installbreather cover.

1.Install drive cam and springontomiddlegear
shaft.
2. Install a new gasket and install
middle gear case.
