Removing the camshafts

Remove the parts in the order listed.

1 Tensioner cap bolt 1

Refer to “REMOVING THE CAM-

SHAFTS” and “INSTALLING THE CAM-

SHAFTS”.

2 Timing chain tensioner 1

3Gasket 1

4 Exhaust camshaft cap 1

5 Clip 1

6 Exhaust camshaft 1

7 Intake camshaft cap 1

8 Clip 1

9 Intake camshaft 1

For installation, reverse the removal pro-

cedure.
