Removing the fuel tank
Remove the parts in the order listed.
Seat/fuel tank cover/side covers (left
and right)
Refer to “SEAT, FENDERS AND FUEL
TANK”.
1 Fuel hose (fuel cock side) 1
NOTE:
_
Before disconnecting the fuel hose, turn
the fuel cock to “OFF”.
2 Fuel tank 1
NOTE:
_
When installing the fuel tank, pass the
fuel tank breather hose through the hole
in the handlebar cover.
3 Fuel tank shield 1
For installation, reverse the removal pro-
cedure.
