Preparation
--------------
[ID Charging
With the included USB power cabl e, connect the charging
connector on the headphones to the USB port on a
commercially available USB power adaptor (5 V DC/min. 0.5 A
output).
The indicator is lit in red during charging and goes off when
charg ing is completed.
Charging takes abo ut 3.5 hours. When charged, the
headphones can play back continuously for ap proximately
35 hours.
[g Making a Bluetooth® connection
When using the headphones for the first time, the pairing
process, which allows Bluetooth devices be ing connected to
detect each ot her , must be performed. Once paired, the
Bluetooth dev ices will be automatica ll y connected th e next
time th ey are turned on.
■ Pairing
1. Hold down the power key for at least five seconds to
enter pairing standby.
• The indi cator flashes alternately in blue and red.
2. Operate the connected Bluetooth device to display the
Bluetooth setting screen.
3. Select "Yamaha YH-E700A" from the displayed screen.
When pairing has completed, the indicator lights up in
blue for 20 seconds.
If pairing has not comp leted within two minutes, it will
be considered to have failed, and the indicator goes off.
To try pairing again, turn the power off and start again
from step 1.

Perform pairing operations again
Turn the power o ff, and then start from step 1 of "Pairing".
■ Turning on/off
Hold down the power key for t wo seconds to turn the
h ea dph ones on/off.
After the headphones turn on, the indicator flashes in red to
indicate th e remaining battery power.
