Headset (with analog connection)
When using a headset that has a TRRS (4-conductor) stereo mini plug, you’ll need an audio cable that
splits off into a mic plug and a headphones plug.
Connecting

Use an HDMI cable to connect the [HDMI 1] jack (or the [HDMI 2] jack) of the ZG01 with the HDMI output of
your gaming device.

Use an HDMI cable to connect the [HDMI OUT] jack of the ZG01 to the HDMI input of your monitor/display.

Use a 4-conductor (TRRS) stereo mini cable to connect the [AUX] jack of the ZG01 to the audio input/
output jack of your smartphone.

Connect the headset (to the [MIC IN] jack and the [HEADPHONE] jack on the front panel).

When connecting the included USB 2.0 cable to the USB power adapter, use either the Type A-Type C or
the Type C-Type C cable, depending on the output jack found on the USB power adapter.
NOTE
You’ll need the “Yamaha ZG Controller” to edit the various parameters of the ZG01. Connect your computer and install the “Yamaha
ZG Controller”. (p.19)
