1. How to bind the watch to your phone?(Set up)

Please scan the QR code below to install the “OnlyFit” app, or download

it from App Store or Google Play.(Please don’t connect the watch via

the Bluetooth pairing list of your phone.)

①Open the OnlyFit app, fill in your gender/age/weight/height

correctly. Allow the request to enable the Bluetooth function of your

phone to connect the watch. (And also allow the other requests).

②Click the “Bind New Device”-->Select "SW022" to connect. Then the

app will take 1-2 mins to sync the date/time and your info. The pairing

process will be finished once “Connected” appears next to the watch

icon. *If disconnection occurs, you just need to swipe down the homepage

of OnlyFit app to reconnect.

OnlyFit app is compatible with iOS 9.0 and above or Android 5.0 and above devices,

including smart phones, iPad and tablet.

How do I fix that? ①If the watch can’t be found in the pairing process of OnlyFit app, please restart your phone and also reset the watch(Turn on the watch--> Swipe down the screen--> Click the “Settings” icon--> “Reset”. Then open the OnlyFit app to try again. ②If the watch still doesn’t appear after the step #1.

How to reconnect the watch with my phone? ①Please make sure the "OnlyFit" app has the permission to keep running in the background of your smartphone, otherwise it will be refreshed by your phone to cause the disconnection. ②If you ever connected the watch to "OnlyFit" app before, you just need to open the app and swipe down the homepage to reconnect. *The maximum Bluetooth distance between watch and device is 8-10 meters.

For iPhone: ①Please give Phone/Messaging/Call log permissions when you install the OnlyFit app for the first time. Note: The watch won’t receive any notification if messages/calls/SNS notifications didn’t appear on dropdown of your phone, make sure they are able to show up: Phone Settings-->Notifications> Find the app you need to get notification from-->Allow Notifications.(Same process as the pic above.) ④Go to the homepage of OnlyFit app and swipe down the screen to finish the synchronization.

Download another app “GloryFit” to connect with the watch.

6. How to measure my heart rate more accurately? ①Please make sure your personal info(age,height,weight) in OnlyFit app are filled in correctly.(Go to OnlyFit app--> Click the “User” icon at the bottom right of the screen--> Click the avatar to edit) ①Please wear the watch one finger away from the wrist bone and adjust the tightness of the wristband to a comfortable position. Then keep breathing smoothly and stay still. It needs more time to measure more accurate data.
