Warranty Guide

WARRANTY
YardCraft has a 5 Year Limited Warranty on all outdoor structures and a 1 Year Limited Warranty on
all other products. The YardCraft warranty covers the craftsmanship of the parts of the product.
Normal wear and tear, fading and exterior surfaces, and general aging, which is common of any
outdoor product that is exposed to natural elements, is not covered under warranty. As with any
building which is located on top of the ground, settling may occur.
All products with exposed wood (Sheds, Pergolas, Pavilions, and Gazebos) must be stained, sealed, or
painted and maintained. If the structure is exposed to the elements without proper stain, sealant, or
paint, this warranty is invalid. All vegetation must be kept away from the structure. If vegetation is
growing on the structure, this warranty is invalid. Checks (natural separations of grain on the exterior
of the wood) are not covered by this warranty as they are natural and do not affect the structural
integrity of the structure. All structures with a roof must be properly shingled or this warranty is
invalid.
When used appropriately and maintained properly, YardCraft guarantees that your product will last.
This warranty is non-transferrable. If the structure has been moved from the location it was original
installed, this warranty is invalid.
