Followinsructionsbelowfordormerroongfeltandashinginstallation.
Install roong felt around dormer prior to ashing. Overlap felt layers by 3". Wrap corners with felt before
installing larger pieces. Secure felt with 1" roong nails as shown. Nail only into dormer OSB panels with
framing behind panel. Trim felt around OSB window openings.
Flash the front of dormer using (3) 4" x 32" ash cards. Overlap ends of ashing 2". Extend ashing 3" past
corner of dormer. Trim ashing corner ends as shown (Fig.A). Bend tab around corner and secure ashing with
1" roong nails. At one end ashing will have excess metal trimmed off length.
Repeat Steps1-2 for opposite side.
