Troubleshooting
This chapter provides general troubleshooting information to help you solve the problems you
might encounter when using your EXP20.
If you require additional information or assistance with your EXP20, contact your system
administrator.
Why is the EXP20 LCD screen blank?
Ensure that the Ext in/out jacks on the EXP20 LCD expansion module are properly plugged
using the supplied connecting cord. For more information, refer to Installation on page 5.
Ensure that the contrast of the LCD screen is in a comfortable level. For more information,
refer to Adjusting the Contrast on page 45.
