It configures the minimum delay time (in
milliseconds) of jitter buffer.
The default value is 60.
Note: It works only if the value of the
parameter “voice.jib.adaptive” is set to 1
(Adaptive).

Integer from 0
to 400
It configures the maximum delay time (in
milliseconds) of jitter buffer.
The default value is 240.
