It configures the date format.

The default value is 0.
“WWW” represents the abbreviation of the
week, “DD” represents a two-digit day,
“MMM” represents the first three letters of the
month, “YYYY” represents a four-digit year,
and “YY” represents a two-digit year.

local_time.dhcp_time
0 or 1
It enables or disables the IP phone to update
time with the offset time obtained from the
DHCP server.
It is only available to offset time from GMT 0.

1-Enabled
