It enables or disables the IP phone to deal
with the Version header in the BLF NOTIFY
message sent by the server.

The default value is 0.
It takes effect after a reboot.
features.blf_pickup_only_send_code
0 or 1
It enables or disables the phone to dial out
feature access code of directed pick up only
when preforming BLF pickup.
0-Disabled
1-Enabled
If it is set to 1 (0), the phone will dial out
feature access code of directed pick up plus
value configured for BLF key when performing
BLF pickup.
The default value is 1.
