4. Enter the group call pickup code in the G roup Call Pickup Code field.
5. Click Confirm to accept the change.
Note
To configure the group call pickup code on a per-line basis via web user interface:
1. Click on Account.
2. Select the desired account from the pull-down list of Account.
3. Click on Advanced.
4. Enter the group call pickup code in the G roup Call Pickup Code field.
5. Click Confirm to accept the change.
To pick up a call in the group:
1. Pick up the handset.
The group pickup code above is configured on a global, which applies to all accounts.
