2. Press or , or the Switch soft key to select Enabled or Disabled from the Key
Tone field.
3. Press the Save soft key to accept the change or the Back soft key to cancel.
Key tone is configurable via web user interface at the path Features->Audio.
Contact Management
The phone directory displays local directory and Skype for Business directory.
 Local directory (All Contacts or Favorites)
 Skype for Business directory (e.g., Favorites, Delegates, Bosses or Other Contacts)
If boss-admin is configured, the Bosses or Delegates group appears depending on your role. For
more information on boss-admin feature, refer to Boss-Admin Feature on page 129. You can
add more Skype for Business groups via Skype for Business client.

Skype for Business Directory
The Skype for Business directory on your phone displays all Skype for Business contacts of your
Microsoft Skype for Business client. You can store up to 1000 Skype for Business contacts in
your phone's Skype for Business directory. You can view Skype for Business contacts on the
Skype for Business Server and Exchange Server are integrated. You can search Outlook contacts
on your phone. For more information, refer to Searching for Contacts on page 71.
