IncasetheLEDindicatordoesnotchangetoglowsolidred:
IftheLEDindicatoronthecontrolunitcontinuestoblink/flashslowly youdonothavea
positiveradiofrequency(RF)linkbetweenthetransmitterandthereceiverinthecontrol
unit.First,checktobesurethetransmitterispoweredonandthattheLEDindicatoron
thetransmitterisglowingsolidred.Ifthetransmitterispoweredonandfunctioning
properly,turnthehelicopteroffthenturnthetransmitteroff.Turnthetransmitterback
onthenturnthehelicopteron(within20secondofturningthetransmitteron)andnow
thecontrolunitshouldinitializeandarmproperly.
IncasetheLEDindicatordoeschangetoglowsolidredbutyouhavenocontrolofthemain
motors/rotorblades:
IftheLEDindicatoronthecontrolunitchangestoglowsolidred,buttheLEDindicatoron
thetransmitterisblinking/flashingandyoudonothavecontrolofthemainmotors/rotor
blades,youhaveapositiveRFlinkbetweenthetransmitterandthereceiverinthecontrol
unitbuttheESCs/motorsdidnotarmbecausethelefthand/throttlestickand/orthe
throttletrimmaynotbesettothecorrectposition.Checktobesuretheleft
hand/throttlestickisinthelowestpossibleposition,andthatthethrottletrimissettothe
middleorlowerthanthemiddleposition,andonceinthecorrectpositionthe
ESCs/motorswillarmaccordingly.
AfterconfirmingthecontrolunitisinitializedandtheESCs/motorshavearmedproperlyyourChronos
CX100isreadytofly.However,pleasereviewthefollowingsectionsofthemanualBEFORE
proceedingwiththefirstflight.
Whenyou’rereadytomakeyourfirstflightyou’llwanttoselectanopenindoorareafreeofpeople
andobstructions.Wesuggestanareawithapproximately10feetby10feetoffloorspaceand8foot
ceilingswhenmakingyourfirstfewflights.
Afteryou’veproperlytrimmedthehelicopter
andbecomefamiliarwithitshandlingandcapabilities
you’llbeabletoflyinothersmallerandlessopenareasduetoitsultramicrosizeandexcellent
controllability.
