Electric interconnection of the heater
- Prior to proceeding with the installation, disconnect the
power supply from the YLHA/YLHA PLUS units.
- Do not power again until the installation is finished and
with the tank full of water.
AH - 10.5 kW backup heater (400.3.50)
BT - Buffer tank
EBBT - Buffer tank connecting box
EBHP - YLHA/YLHA PLUS connecting box
K2 - Heater contactor
Q1 - Heater magnetothermal protector
Installation
N1 - Remove the top cover from the tank.
N2 - Remove the cover from the connecting box
M3 - Remove the control box cover of the YLHA/YLHA
PLUS unit.
N4 - Interconnect terminals 2 and N2 of the tank con-
necting box with the corresponding terminals of the
YLHA/YLHA PLUS electric box.
N5 - Connect terminals 1, 3 and 5 of contactor K2, an the
ground terminal of the tank electric box to the power
supply. For this purpose, us the 2.5 mm² Cu cable and
the a 20 Amp magnetothermal switch.
N6 - Pass the cables through the tank by means of the
corresponding gland.
