Hold the right earplug with your right hand. Open the right ear canal using your left hand to pull up and
back your right ear. Using your right hand, insert the earplug into your ear canal, to the extent as you are
comfortable and hold for 15 seconds . Repeat for the opposite side. A tight seal ensures the highest NRR
and best sound quality from your earphones
