NOISE REDUCTION RATING (NRR)
The veried 24 dB NRR is only using the You Tune Earplugs with the Noise Reduction Threaded Adapter
Insertsand Comply Premium Earphone Foam Noise Reduction Tips. Improper t and use of this device will
reduce its effectiveness in noise reduction. Please refer to the enclosed instruction for a proper t.
Hearing protection is recommended fro safety against damaging noise, however the NRR is based on the
noise reduction of continuous noise and may not be an accurate indicator or protection against impulse
noise such as gunre.
NOISE REDUCTION RATING TESTING
You Tune Adjustable Earplugs is tested and approved in accordance with ANSI S3. 19-1974 specications
This product has been tested and meets the ANSI & NIOSH standards for a hearing protector, with a Noise
Reduction Rating (NRR) of 24 dB
Please note that the NRR is based on the attenuation of continuous noise and may not be an accurate
indicator of the protection attainable against impulsive noise, such as gunre.
