6. Troubleshooting
• HMU or CMU do not turn on when button pressed
o Connect device to charger and allow to charge
o If device does not turn on once charged return to manufacturer for repair
• HMU or CMU do not turn on connected to charger
o Return to manufacturer for repair
• HMU or CMU LED is yellow when charging
o Wait up to three hours for problem to resolve. If problem persists return to
manufacturer for repair
• HMU or CMU LED is red when charging
o Return to manufacturer for repair
• HMU or CMU LED is red when power button is pressed
o Return to manufacturer for repair
• TTU does not turn on when power button is pressed
o Connect device to charger and allow to charge
o If device does not turn on once charged return to manufacturer for repair
• TTU does not turn on or start charging when USB is inserted
o Leave connected to charger for 5 minutes
o Return to manufacturer for repair
• TTU software does not start when device powered on
o Return to manufacturer for repair
• TTU software not installed
o Return to manufacturer for repair
• HMU or CMU do not connect to the TTU
o Power cycle device
o If device still does not connect power cycle TTU and all peripherals
o If device still does not connect ensure device is assigned to TTU
• HMU or CMU display Device Error on the TTU
o Power cycle device
o If device still does not connect power cycle TTU and all peripherals
• Oximeter does not connect to the TTU
o Power cycle device
