STEP6-A). Attach the Moving Handlebars one at a time making sure they line
Up with cut outs. Secure each handlebar with the three Allen head
Bolts (514) and Allen Head Bolt (515) with Washer (513) and Washer
(519) to hold the moving handlebar.
STEP6-B). Fully tighten the Allen Head Bolts (514) by 5mm Allen Key (B).
