NOTE: This equipm ent has been test ed and found to com ply wit h t he lim it s for a Class B digital
device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These lim its are designed to provide reasonable
protect ion against harm ful int erference in a residential installation. This equipm ent generat es, uses
and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with t he
inst ruct ions, m ay cause harm ful int erference to radio com m unicat ions.
However, there is no guarant ee t hat interference will not occur in a part icular inst allat ion. I f t his
equipm ent does cause harm ful interference to radio or television recept ion, which can be
det erm ined by t urning t he equipm ent off and on, the user is encouraged t o try to correct t he

This device is int ended only for OEM integrat ors under the following condit ions:
The antenna m ust be inst alled such that 20 cm is m aint ained bet ween t he ant enna and users. For
lapt op installat ions, t he antenna m ust be inst alled to ensure that t he proper spacing is m aintained
in the event the users places the device in their lap during use ( i.e. posit ioning of antennas m ust be
placed in t he upper portion of the LCD panel only t o ensure 20 cm will be m aint ained if t he user
places t he device in t heir lap for use) and The t ransm it t er m odule m ay not be co- locat ed wit h any
ot her t ransm it t er or ant enna. As long as the 2 conditions above are m et , furt her transm itter test ing
will not be required.
However, t he OEM integrat or is still responsible for t esting t heir end- product for any
addit ional com pliance requirem ents required wit h t his m odule installed (for exam ple,
digit al device em issions, PC peripheral requirem ents, etc.) .
IMPORTANT NOTE: I n t he event that these condit ions can not be m et ( for exam ple cert ain lapt op
configurations or co- locat ion wit h anot her t ransm it t er) , t hen the FCC aut horizat ion is no longer
considered valid and t he FCC I D can not be used on t he final
product. I n t hese circum st ances, t he OEM integrat or w ill be responsible for re- evaluat ing t he end
product ( including t he transm it t er) and obtaining a separat e FCC authorization.
End Product Labeling
This t ransm it t er m odule is aut horized only for use in devices where the ant enna m ay be installed
such t hat 20 cm m ay be m aintained between t he antenna and users ( for exam ple access points,
rout ers, wireless ASDL m odem s, cert ain lapt op configurat ions, and sim ilar equipm ent). The final
end product m ust be labeled in a visible area with t he following: "Contains
TX FCC I D: M4Y-0XG623
".
