The antenna m ust be inst alled such that 20 cm is m aint ained bet w een t he ant enna and user s. For lapt op
inst allations, t he antenna m ust be inst alled t o ensure that t he pr oper spacing is m aint ained in t he event the
user s places the device in their lap during use ( i.e. posit ioning of ant ennas m ust be placed in t he upper
portion of the LCD panel only to ensure 20 cm w ill be m aint ained if t he user places the device in t heir lap for
use) and The t ransm it t er m odule m ay not be co- locat ed wit h any ot her t r ansm itt er or antenna. As long as the
2 condit ions above ar e m et, further t r ansm it t er t est ing will not be required.
However, the OEM int egr ator is st ill responsible for t esting t heir end- product for any
addit ional com pliance r equir em ent s r equir ed wit h t his m odule inst alled (for exam ple,
digit al device em issions, PC peripher al r equir em ent s, et c.) .
IMPORTANT NOTE:
I n t he event that t hese condit ions can not be m et ( for exam ple certain lapt op
configurations or co- locat ion wit h anot her t ransm it ter) , then t he FCC aut horizat ion is no longer considered
valid and t he FCC I D can not be used on t he final
pr oduct . I n these circum st ances, t he OEM integrat or will be responsible for re- evaluating the end product
( including t he transm it t er) and obt aining a separat e FCC aut horization.
End Product Labeling

20 cm m ay be m aint ained bet w een t he ant enna and users ( for exam ple access points, routers, wireless ASDL
m odem s, cert ain lapt op configurat ions, and sim ilar equipm ent ) . The final end product m ust be labeled in a
visible area w it h t he following: "Contains
TX FCC I D: M4Y- XG650E ".
RF Exposure Manual Information That Must be Included
