LIMITED WARRANTY
Zafra is dedicated to producing a trusted product brand. This item is
manufactured and inspected to ensure high quality standards. They are
guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under
normal household use within a ten year period of the item.
Zafra’s 10-Year Limited Warranty means that it is contractually obligated to
replace parts of a product that break or are defective within a 10-year life
period of the product. However, Zafra is not legally obligated to replace parts
that are not mentioned in the warranty or are broken or misused by the
consumer.
In the unlikely event that a problem occurs with your Zafra item, believed to be
defective, you may submit your warranty request and photographs of the
product via email. If your product is found to be defective, we will replace it with
the same item or one of equal or similar value.
In the course of normal handling, your item may suffer abrasions, minor cuts,
scratches, dents or soil. Certain component parts such as under sections,
function impact surfaces, handles, finish polish, etc., will show wear. This wear
is not covered under the warranty.
This guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse,
commercial use, damage from exposure to corrosive elements, overheating, or
damage from use of an automatic dishwasher. Incidental or consequential
damages are not covered by this guarantee.
All parts of this Limited Warranty apply to the maximum extent permitted by
law or unless prohibited by law. This Limited Warranty gives the purchaser
specific legal rights, and the purchaser may also have other rights, which may
vary from state to state.
PLEASE RETAIN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND ORIGINAL PROOF OF
PURCHASE FOR AT LEAST 10 YEARS FROM YOUR DATE OF
PURCHASE.
