RECIPES FOR GLASS TRAY
1. Grease a gratin dish.
2. Put a layer of potatoes, a layer of onions and half the cheese
in to the dish.
3. Repeat, finishing with a top layer of potato.
4. Mix together cream and eggs, add salt and pepper. Pour
over the potatoes.
5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
6. Place dish in the glass tray, lower position, cook.

Gratin
1. Place butter, onion, pepper and mushroom in a bowl and
cook.

2. Blend the flour with the milk until smooth, add the stock,
sweetcorn, salt and pepper, mix well.
3. Add the chicken and noodles to the sauce.
4. Sprinkle the cheese over the top.
5. Place dish in the glass tray, lower position, cook.

Chicken noodle casserole
450 g potatoes, sliced thinly
150 g onions, sliced
250 g Gouda cheese, grated
salt and pepper
250 ml cream
3 eggs
30 g butter
100 g mushrooms, sliced
100 g onions, diced
100 g peppers, diced
25 g plain flour
175 ml milk
300 ml stock
150 g sweetcorn
salt and black pepper
250 g cooked chicken, diced
150 g cooked noodles
75 g Gouda cheese, grated
1. Mix all ingredients for marinade and spread on the fish, chill
for one hour.
2. Place on the rack in the glass tray, lower position.
Cook Sardines:
1. 5 min. 90 W/GRILL, turn over
2. 3 min. 90 W/GRILL
Cook Mackeral:
1. 6 min. 90 W/GRILL, turn over
2. 6 min. 90 W/GRILL
Grilled sardines/mackeral
6 headless sardines/mackeral
Marinade:
4 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic purèe
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper
1 tbsp fennel
