IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION You MUST read these warnings carefully before installing or using the appliance. Installation • This cooker must be installed by qualified personnel, according to the manufacturer's instructions. • This cooker is heavy. Take care when moving it. • Any electrical installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician/competent person. • Remove all packaging before using the cooker. • Ensure that the electrical supply complies with the type stated on the rating plate.

USE OF APPLIANCE Before the First Use of the Oven Remove all packaging, both inside and outside the oven, before using the oven. 1. Lift the lid. 2. Remove the oven accessories. 3. Detach the adhesive labels, the foil protection if there is. 4. Heat the oven the corresponding knob on position “250” for about 45 min. This procedure should be repeated on the grill position for approximately 5 - 15 minutes. Clean the accessories with a soft detergent. Rinse and dry carefully.
Cooking in the oven During use the appliance becomes hot. Care should be taken to avoid touching heating elements inside the oven. Traditional cooking Traditional cooking is made by natural convection the heated air (fig. 2). It is necessary to pre-heat the oven. How to proceed ? For small cakes, pastry, beaten mixture cakes in moulds. 1. Preheat the oven the thermostat on position chosen for cooking: - about 8 min. for position 50ºC to 150ºC; - about 15 min for position 175ºC to 250ºC; 2.
When using the grill it has to be supervised, the oven door opened the deflector in its place. Grilling • Prepare the meat to be grilled, lightly brush it with oil on both sides. • Place it on the grill. • Put the grill deflector in place. (fig. 5). • Turn the oven knob to the grill position . • Slide the dripping pan in the guide 1. • Slide the pan support grid in the guide 2 or 3 depending on the thickness of the meat to be grilled (fig. 6).
How to use the turn-spit ? • Open the oven door and put the grill deflector in place (fig. 8). Place correctly the meat on the spit trying to balance the weight for avoiding useless effort for the motor. • Fix the second fork. • Block the two forks. • Fix the handle. • Fix the tip of the spit in its place in the oven superior front frame (fig. 9). • Push the spit so that its end be in its place at the bottom of the oven and put it on the spit support. • Slide the dripping pan on an inferior support. fig.
Electric hotplates To switch on a hotplate, turn the relevant control knob to the required heat setting. 0 The conrol knob is numbered 0 - 6 0 1 6 - OFF - Minimum - Maximum Knobs of the hob elements can be turned both clockwise and anti clockwise directions. In order to switch the hob element turn the corresponding knob to the "0" position.
Hints and Tips Saucepans for use on solid plates should have several characteristics: • They should be fairty heavy duty. • They should fit the heat area exactly, or be slightly larger for efficient use, NEVER smaller. • They should have a flat base to ensure good contact with the plate. This is particularty important when using pans for high temperature frying presure cooking. As soon as liquid starts boiling,turn the plate control knob so that it will barely keep the liqiud simmering.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING Before any maintenance or cleaning can be carried out, you must DISCONNECT the cooker from the electricity supply. Cleaning materials Before using any cleaning materials on your oven, check that they are suitable and that their use is recommended by the manufacturer. Cleaners that contain bleach should NOT be used as they may dull the surface finishes. Harsh abrasives should also be avoided. locking parts fig.
Oven Cavity The enamelled oven cavity is best cleaned whilst the oven is still warm. Wipe the oven over with a soft cloth soaked in warm soapy water after each use. From time to time it will be necessary to do a more thorough cleaning, using a proprietary oven cleaner. The Hob Top The hob is best cleaned whilst it is still warm, as spillage can be removed more easily than if it is left to cool.
SOMETHING NOT WORKING If the appliance does not work properly, check the following points before asking for service; there could be simple problems that you could remedy by yourself; if not, contact your after Sales Service. Symptoms Solutions The hob hotplate does not heat up Check: - that the unit is connected and the electrical supply is switched on - the mains fuse has not blown - the correct control knob has been turned.
GUARANTEE CONDITIONS Guarantee stipulated in the contract 1 year starting from setting into function the manufacturer will replace the damaged parts except the cases mentioned in chapter “Reserves”. Conditions for applying For applying this guarantee you have to direct to the distributor who sold you the appliance and submit to him your Guarantee Certificate. The dealer will or will not overtake the expenses for the labor and transport in accordance with their sales conditions.

The yellow-green grounding cable has not to be interrupted by the switch. Important If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard. NOTE: The earth wire should be more 4 cm longer than the live and neutral wires.
