Timer programming
Timer programming with ’VIDEO Plus+’
A PlusCode is a number of up to nine digits, printed in
most TV guides next to the start time of a TV
programme.
It contains all information you need for programming a
timer.
l Press TIMER on the remote control.
l Select
VIDEO Plus
+
programming
with v (up
cursor) or w (down cursor).
l Press u (right cursor).
l Enter the entire PlusCode number. You can correct
it if you made a mistake, with CLEAR.
l Confirm with OK.
The data will appear on the TV screen.
l Confirm with the OK key.
The data has been stored in a timer block.
l To end, press TIMER.
l Please make sure that you inserted a disc without
erase protection. If you inserted a disc with erase
protection, it will be ejected.
l Switch off with
BB
STANDBY/ON.
Timer programming without ’VIDEO
Plus+’
l Press TIMER on the remote control.
l Select
Timer programming
with v (up cursor) or
w (down cursor).
l Press u (right cursor).
l Enter the date with v (up cursor) or w (down
cursor), or with the digit keys 0-9.
l Press u (right cursor).
l Enter the programme number from which you want
to record.
l Press u (right cursor).
l Enter the Start time.
l Press u (right cursor).
l Enter the End time.
l If you made a mistake, you can go back with t (left
cursor).
l Confirm with OK.
The data has been stored in a timer block.
l To end, press TIMER.
Make sure that you inserted a disc without write
protection. If you inserted a write-protected
(locked) disc, recording will be refused.
l Switch off with
BB
STANDBY/ON.
