PART- 1. BEFORE USING YOUR REFRIGERATOR General warnings WARNING: Keep vantilation openings, in the appliance enclosure or in the built-in structure, clear of obstruction. WARNING: Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting process, other than those recommended by the manufacturer. WARNING: Do not use electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments of the appliance, unless they are of the type recommended by the manufacturer.

Old and out-of-order fridges • If your old fridge has a lock, break or remove the lock before discarding it, because children may get trapped inside it and may cause an accident. • Old fridges and freezers contain isolation material and refrigerant with CFC. Therefore, take care not to harm environment when you are discarding your old fridges. Please ask your municipal authority about the disposal of the WEEE for the reuse, recycle and recovery purposes.

• Avoid any manual contact as you take out the ice made in the deep freeze compartment; the ice may cause burns and/or cuts. • Never ever touch the frozen food with bare hands! Do not eat the ice cream and ice cubes immediately after you taken them out of the deep freeze compartment! • Please do not refreeze the frozen food once they are thawed. It may pose a danger for your health since it might cause problems such as food poisoning.

Information on No-Frost technology No-frost refrigerators differ from other static refrigerators in their operating principle. In normal fridges, the humidity entering the fridge due to door openings and the humidity inherent in the food causes freezing in the freezer department.

PART- 2. USAGE INFORMATION Display and control panel 4 6 1 7 5 2 9 10 3 11 1. It enables the setting value of freezer to be modified and super freeze mode to be activated if desired. Freezer may be set to -16, -18, -20, -22, -24 °C, SF. 2. It enables the setting value of cooler to be modified and super cool mode to be activated if desired. Cooler maybe set to 8, 6, 5, 4, 2 °C, SC. 3. It enables the modes (economy, holiday…) to be activated if desired. 4. It is freezer set value screen. 5.

Operating your fridge After the appliance is plugged, all symbols will appear for 2 seconds, and then the startup values will appear as -18°C on freezer setting indicator and +4°C on cooler setting indicator. All buttons on the control panel are touch-operated. (Only press to activate the button you want to operate.) Super freeze mode How would it be used? • Press freezer set button until SF letters will be seen on the screen. Buzzer will sound beep beep. Mode will be set.

Economy mode How would it be used? • Push "mode button" till a circle appears around economy symbol. • If no pressed any button for 1 sec. Mode will be set. Circle will blink 3 times. When mode is set, buzzer will sound beep beep. • Freezer and refrigerator temperature segments will show "E". • Circle of economy symbol and E will light till mode finishes. During this mode; • Freezer may be adjusted. When economy mode will be cancelled, the selected setting values will proceed. • Cooler may be adjusted.

• Holiday mode should be activated when the cooler will not be used for a long period of time. By doing this, you will be using your fridge in a more economic manner. The cooler must be completely emptied before vacation mode is activated. Drink cool mode When would it be used? • This mode is used to cool the drinks within adjustable time. How would it be used? • Press freezer button for 3 seconds. • dc letters will be seen on freezer screen and the 05 blinks on cooler screen.

Function of Child lock When would it be used? To prevent children from playing with the buttons and changing the settings you have made, child lock is available in the appliance. Activating Child Lock Press on Freezer and Cooler buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. Deactivating Child Lock Press on Freezer and Cooler buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. Note: Child lock will also be deactivated if electricity is interrupted or the fridge is unplugged.

Accessories Icemaker • Fill the icebox part of the icemaker with water and place it back. • You can take your ice approximately 2 hours later. • Without displacing the icebox, turn the icebox button to the right until all the ice cubes are discharged to the ice bucket. • You can serve taking the ice bucket out or you can save ice there. ! The ice bucket is only for saving ice. Do not use it for making ice by putting water in it. Otherwise, it can be broken.

Removing the crisper cover First Step: Removing the crispers • Turn the front covers of crisper to the position which back side touch the crisper cover. • Pull the crisper out as far as possible. • Pull the front part up and out. Note that; be sure that the front covers of crisper are closed before closing the refrigerator door. Second Step: Taking out the partition crisper center between the crispers. • Turn the front covers of crisper to the position which back side touch the crisper cover.

PART- 3. FOOD PLACEMENT Cooling Compartment • For normal operating conditions, adjusting the temperature value of the cooler partition of the fridge to +4°/ 6°C will be enough. • To prevent humidification and odor formation, the food should be placed in the refrigerator in enclosed cups or with their top being covered. • The hot food and drinks should also be cooled in the room temperature before being placed in the refrigerator.

• Use the fast freezing shelf to freeze home cooking (and the foods which is wanted to freeze) more quickly because of the freezing room’s greater freezing power. • While freezing fresh foods (i.e. meat, fish and mincemeat) divide them in parts you will use in one time. • While freezing fresh foods ; Maximum amount of fresh food (in kg) that can be frozen in 24 hours is indicated on the appliance label.

PART- 4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Disconnect unit from the power supply before cleaning. • Do not clean the appliance by pouring water. • The refrigerator and freezer compartment should be cleaned periodically using a solution of bicarbonate of soda and lukewarm water. • Clean the accessories separately with soap and water. Do not clean them in the washing machine. • Do not use abrasive products, detergents or soaps. After washing, rinse with clean water and dry carefully.

Replacing The Light Led Illumination of your appliance is provided with 1 LED strip in the freezer compartment and 6 circular LEDs in the cooler compartment. PART- 6. BEFORE CALLING THE SERVICE Check Warnings; Your fridge warns you if the temperatures for cooler and freezer are in improper levels or when a problem occurs in the appliance. Warning codes are displayed in the Freezer and Cooler Indicators. ERROR TYPE MEANING WHY ? LOPO Low voltage Warning When the power supply gets lower than 170 V the appliance gets to steady position. This not a failure. This prevents any damages on the compressor.

If there is humidification in the inner parts of your refrigerator; • Has the food been properly packaged? Have the cups been well dried before they were put into the refrigerator? • Are the doors of the refrigerator opened very frequently? When the door is opened, the humidity found in the air in the room enters the refrigerator. Especially if the humidity rate in the room is too high, the more frequently the door is opened the faster will be the humidification.

Tips For Saving Energy 1– Install the appliance in a coll, well vantilated room , but not in direct sunlight and not near heat source (radiator, cooker.. etc). Otherwise use an insulating plate. 2– Allow ward food and drinks to cool down outside the appliance. 3– When thawing frozen food, place it in the refrigerator compartment. The low temperature of the frozen food will help to cool the refrigerator compartment when it is thawing. So it causes energy saving.
