Dépannage
Si le LUX™ EDGE détecte une erreur interne ou une mauvaise connexion, il
affiche un code d’erreur sur le panneau d’affichage et cesse de fonctionner. Ces
codes vous permettent d’identifier la cause de l’erreur et vous aident à trouver
la solution au problème. Si l’erreur persiste, veuillez contacter notre service
clientèle pour une assistance au 1-855-928-6748
E1: Circuits internes déconnectés.

Appelez notre service clientèle pour une assistance.
E2: Le capteur interne est court-circuité et le courant est
insuffisant, ou l’appareil est en surchauffe.

Essayez de refroidir l’appareil en l’éteignant et en le débranchant
ainsi qu’en retirant la casserole.
E4: L’interrupteur de pression n’a pas fonctionné correctement.

Vérifiez que la casserole n’est pas déformée. Vérifiez que la
plaque chauffante ne comporte pas de résidus alimentaires.
Limited Warranty
This manufacturer’s product warranty extends to the original consumer purchaser
of the product. Neither the retailer nor any other company involved in the sale or
promotion of this product is a co-warrantor of this manufacturer warranty.
WARRANTY DURATION: All materials and workmanship are warranted to
the original consumer purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the original
purchase date.
WARRANTY COVERAGE: This product is warranted against defective materials
or workmanship. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by
accident, in shipment, unreasonable use, misuse, neglect, improper service,
commercial use, repairs by unauthorized personnel or other causes not arising
out of defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty is effective only if the
product is purchased and operated in the USA and Canada. It does not extend
to any units which have been used in violation of written instructions furnished by
the manufacturer or to units which have been altered or modified or to damage
to products or parts thereof which have had the serial number removed, altered,
defaced or rendered illegible.
A valid proof-of-purchase is required. A valid proof-of-purchase is a receipt
specifying item, date purchased and cost of the item. A gift receipt with date of
purchase and item is also an acceptable proof of warranty.
Moving and/or perishable parts such as gaskets, internal parts, etc. which are
subject to normal wear and tear are excluded from the warranty.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS: This warranty is in lieu of all warranties
expressed or implied, and no representative or person is authorized to assume
for manufacturer any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.
There shall be no claims for defects or failure under any theory of tort, contract
or commercial law including, but not limited to, negligence, gross negligence,
strict liability, breach of warranty and breach of contract.
WARRANTY PERFORMANCE: During the above one-year warranty period,
a product with a defect can be either repaired or replaced with a reconditioned
comparable model (at manufacturer’s option). The repaired or replacement
product is in warranty for the balance of the one year warranty period and
an additional one-month period. No charge will be made for such repair or
replacement.
