Internal an d External slate level adjust
Th e int ern al slate microphone an d extern al input connector input level adjust is
continuously ad justabie. Set the level to a comfortable operating lev el. (It IS
norm al for th e internal slate audio to have a hi gh no ise floor. Th is is due to the
audio routing within the Nomads digital wiring section.)

The output level menu will allow the Nomad outputs to be selected at 0, -10 and
-35 dB levels.

Pre/oder effects
When a ch annel is routed pr e-fader to a card t rac k or output bus, it is usually
desirable
to route it with out effects like notch filters and co mpressors. This
se ttin g will allow you to assi gn the e ff ec ts to a pre-fade tra ck . If you se lect this
function
to be on the effects will be assi gned to all pr e- fade channel it is a glob al
function.
