Introduction
The CS6080 is a cordless barcode scanner in
a brick shape that serves the retail market as
a point of sale scanner as well as the
healthcare market as a companion scanner.
The CS6080 features include inductive touch
user buttons, Qi standard wireless charging,
BT 5.0 class1/class2, NFC reader/tag
emulation capability, and NFC tap to pair for
Android and Windows devices. The battery is
removable and the scanner has the capability
to operate from a USB cable that plugs into
the battery compartment, allowing for corded
handsfree mode at a point of sale.
The CS6080 Scanner captures and stores
barcodes for a variety of uses, and transmits
barcode data to a host via USB connection or
Bluetooth.
This document provides basic instructions for
setting up, programming, and using CS6080
scanners. The scanner is available in the
following configurations:
• CS6080SR - Standard range, cordless
Bluetooth
• CS6080HC - Healthcare, cordless
Bluetooth
Each scanner can be connected to a USB
host cable. Cradles are also available for
mounting, charging, and host connection.
