9 - Card Gate Control
• Card Thickness
– A - 60 mil (1.524 mm) to 50 mil (1.27 mm).
– B - 40 mil (1.016 mm).
– C - 30 mil (0.762 mm).
ß Start at the lowest position and move
gage up to match card thickness.
ß For other card thickness, start gage at the lowest position and move up
until cards feed.
