Internal PSII

This section provides you with an illustration of the internal PSII and installation steps. The

printer model you have determines the instruction you need to go to:

• If you have an XiII, XiIII, 105SL, and PA X series printers, see XiII, XiIII, 105SL, and PAX

Series on page 25.

• If you have an Z4Mplus or Z6Mplus printer, see Z4Mplus/Z6Mplus on page 27.

Install

This section provides you with instructions on how to install a PSII into the supported Zebra

printers.

XiII, XiIII, 105SL, and PAX Series

This illustration shows you the internal PSII that can be installed into XiII, XiIII, 105SL, and

PA X series printers. The important components are identified:

To install an internal PSII into a XiII, XiIII, 105SL and

PAX Series printer, complete these steps:

Caution • A qualified service technician must perform this installation.

Caution • Observe proper electrostatic safety precautions when handling any

static-sensitive components such as circuit boards and printheads.

Caution • Turn off (O) the printer and disconnect it from the power source before

performing the following procedure.
