CLEANING YOUR CONTROLLER
Clean your controller with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Using cleaning
solutions or attempting to clean connectors may damage your controller.
TROUBLESHOOTING
My controller is not working or there is input lag.
Move the controller closer to the console.
Make sure that the batteries are inserted correctly.
Make sure that the batteries still have power.
Make sure that the controller is paired with the dongle.
Make sure that the console and controller are a few feet away from large,
metal objects.
Make sure that there are no objects between the controller and the
dongle.
Move or turn o other nearby wireless devices.
Make sure that the cables for your TV and console are not damaged.
Use the HDMI (ARC) input on your TV.
Use Game Mode on your TV.
My controller will not pair with the dongle.
Unplug the dongle, then plug it into the console while it is turned on.
Turn the controller on, then press and hold SELECT and START
simultaneously for three seconds to reset the controller. If this does not
work, repeat the process again.
Some buttons do not work with the NES Classic.
X, Y, L, and R are not compatible with the NES Classic.
Some buttons are sticking.
Clean your controller with a damp paper towel.

contact with your skin or clothing, ush your skin with water or remove
your clothing immediately. Before inserting new batteries, thoroughly
clean the controller with a damp paper towel.
Do not allow metal objects to touch the battery terminals, because they
can become hot and cause burns. For example, do not carry a battery in
your pocket with keys or coins.
Remove the batteries when the product will not be used for an extended
period of time.
