DEUTSCH ANSCHLUSS DER HANDBREMSE ■ Wenn Sie das “PRK SW” Anschlusskabel entsprechend angeschlossen haben, wird das Bild einer DVD nur dann wiedergegeben, wenn das Fahrzeug steht bzw. wenn die Handbremse angezogen ist. Wenn Sie das Kabel nicht anschließen, ist es nicht möglich das Bild einer DVD wiederzugeben. ■ Die Anzeige der Wiedergabequelle “CAMERA” ist unabhängig von der Stellung der Handbremse.
5. ALLGEMEINE BEDIENUNG EIN- UND AUSSCHALTEN DES GERÄTES ■ Drücken Sie die POWER-Taste, um das Gerät einzuschalten. ■ Halten Sie die POWER-Taste gedrückt, um das Gerät wieder auszuschalten. AUSWAHL EINER WIEDERGABEQUELLE ■ Drücken Sie die SRC-Taste auf der Fernbedienung oder die SRC-Taste auf dem Bedienteil, um zwischen den verschiedenen Programmquellen in folgender Reihenfolge zu wählen. EINGABE EINES SICHERHEITSCODE ■ Um das Gerät vor einem Diebstahl und der darauffolgenden unbefugten Verwendung zu schützen, besteht die Möglichkeit einen vierstelligen Sicherheitscode selbst festzulegen und einzugeben. ■ Wird das Gerät dann länger als 40 Sekunden von der Spannungsversorgung getrennt, ist es nötig diesen vierstelligen Sicherheitscode einzugeben, um die Betriebsbereitschaft des Gerätes wiederherzustellen.

DEUTSCH MULTI-ZONE ■ Das Gerät bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit zwei verschiedene Wiedergabequellen gleichzeitig wiederzugeben. Als Beispiel können Sie im vorderen Bereich des Fahrzeuges den Ton des integrierten FM/AM-Tuners wiedergeben und diesen auch mit dem ZE-MC292 Grundgerät steuern, während die Mitfahrer im hinteren Bereich des Fahrzeuges DVB-T oder DVD über externe Monitore anschauen.

Die Buchstaben “LB” stehen für Letter Box und “PS” für PAN/SCAN. Das abgebildete Symbol bedeutet, dass man das 16:9 Bildformat als Letter Box darstellen kann.

Disc Symbols Symbol Meaning Number of audio languages recorded. The number inside the icon indicates the number of languages on the disc (maximum of 8). Number of subtitle languages available on the disc (maximum of 32). Number of angles provided (maximum of 9). Aspect ratios available. “LB” stands for Letter Box and “PS” stands for Pan/Scan. In the example on the left, the 16:9 video can be converted to letter box video. Indicates the region code where the disc can be played.
ENGLISH DVD Setup Menu In “DVD setup” mode, “LANGUAGE”, “AUDIO” , “VIDEO”, “SPEAKER”, “SURROUND”, and “RATING” (parental lock) are available for setup. This operation can be performed by using the remote control or the touch screen. Accessing the DVD Setup Screen ■ Select the button on the bottom, then select the button to access the DVD setup.
LANGUAGE Menu ■ If a DVD supports more than 1 subtitle or audio language, all the languages are available for selection during the playback. If the selected language is not supported by the DVD, the default language is used. During the playback, press the (SUBT) or (AUDIO) button on the remote control to change the language directly. This will not affect the DVD menu settings.
