Zenith Products Corporation (“Zenith”) warrants to the original purchaser of this product that this product will be free from
material defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase. This warranty
only covers the proper and intended use of this product. Specifically excluded from this warranty is any damage or harm
resulting from the improper installation or use of this product. Any alteration of this product or use of this product in any
manner other than its intended use shall automatically void this warranty. In the event of any bona fide warranty claim relating
to this product, Zenith will, at its election and at its sole discretion, issue a refund of the purchase price of this product or
provide a replacement of this product or a substantially similar product. This refund or replacement is the sole and exclusive
remedy with respect to any warranty claim relating to this product. Under no circumstances will Zenith’s liability exceed the
purchase price of this product.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. ZENITH
SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
This warranty gives the customer specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of special, incidental,
or consequential damages, so the above statement may not apply to you.

purchase price.
