countdown t imer. The repeat
icon w ill be flashing around
TMR. The count down tim er
counts down from up to 10
hours.
You can now set it so t hat it
automat ically reset s and
continues counting down
repeatedly, or t im es a single
ev ent.
Press ST./ FW D or SCAN t o
select repeat ( both t he r epeat
and TMR icon will be
displayed) .
Press ST./ FW D or SCAN t o
select single countdown ( j ust
the TMR icon will be displayed) .
Note: the act ual t im e that can
be set is 9 hour s 59 m inut es 59
seconds.

Fu sion 3 0 aut om atically
m easures HRR. HRR refers to
the tim e it t akes for y our heart
rate to drop from t he pr eset
high t o the preset low recover y
lim it after you have finished
your workout. I n gener al, as
your recovery t ime decr eases,
your fitness level is im proving.
However , it is recom m ended
that you experiment w ith
values t hat will m ake the
recover y t ime a useful number
for your applicat ion. I t is only a
com parat ive value w ith your
earlier effor ts, and not a
m eaningful num ber it itself.
