1. Fill ball to 44cm/17” diameter, measuring top to bottom height. Insert ball into chair ring.
Let rest for 24 hours and add another 20 pumps of air. (The bottom of ball will expand into ring).
CAUTION: DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM INFLATION INSTRUCTIONS.
2. Sit on the ball ensuring that your knees create a slightly greater angle than 90' (Fig.2).
Note: A ball chair that is too low or under-inflated will result in poor alignment and poor posture (Fig.1).
3. If after filling the ball to its maximum capacity you feel that it is too firm, pull pin and deflate
slightly(no more than 10%) to a comfort level that best suits you
(you may need to raise leg heights to compensate for the smaller ball).

locking pins as noted above.

CAUTION : DO NOT OVER-INFLATE
The ZenZu™ Ball Chair helps to take pressure off of the spine, releases muscle tension, corrects
posture, improves balance and strengthens the torso.
The main problem with sitting in a conventional chair is that it does not encourage movement.
Furthermore, the human skeletal frame is not designed for chairs. We may be able to sit "properly"
for 10-12 minutes, but after that our muscles become tired and we fall into bad posture, most often
using a back rest. Sitting on the ZenZu™ ball, your body is constantly making small adjustments
with the postural muscles, abdominals, glutaeus and leg muscles.
It promotes "active sitting" rather than the slumping and
poor posture in conventional chair.
