Emergency overview
DANGER

Routes of Entry
Dermal contact. Eye contact. Inhalation.
Causes eye burns. Direct contact with the eyes can cause irreversible damage, including
blindness. The amount of tissue damage depends on length of contact. Inflammation of the eye is
characterized by redness, watering and itching.
Causes skin burns. Skin inflammation is characterized by itching, scaling, or reddening.
Avoid breathing vapors, spray or mists. Corrosive to the respiratory system. Exposure can cause
coughing, chest pains and difficulty in breathing. High vapor concentrations can cause headaches,
dizziness, drowsiness and nausea and may lead to unconsciousness.
Harmful or fatal if swallowed. Corrosive to the digestive tract. Ingestion may cause erosion of
mucous membranes and perforation of the esophagus of stomach.

Carcinogenicity
No known significant effects or critical hazards.
Contains material which may cause damage to the following organs: kidneys, lungs, liver,
gastrointestinal tract, upper respiratory tract, skin, central nervous system (CNS), eye, lens or
cornea. Repeated or prolonged contact with spray or mist may produce chronic eye irritation and
severe skin irritation. Repeated or prolonged exposure to spray mist may produce respiratory
tract irritation leading to frequent attacks of bronchial infection.
