Maintenance – Self Cleaning www.zephyronline.com SELF CLEAING FEATURE Zephyr Typhoon, Hurricane and Cyclone hoods are filter-less with a self cleaning feature. The centrifugal blower system automatically liquifies cooking residue in its internal housing. All hoods are equipped with dishwasher safe residue cups to collect cooking residue during the self cleaning function. Cooking residues are often automatically liquified and can accumulate in the residue cups from everyday use.

Clean periodically with hot soapy water and clean cotton cloth. Do not use corrosive or abrasive detergent, or steel wool/scouring pads which will scratch and damage surface. Do not use products containing chlorine bleach or orange cleaners. For heavier soil use liquid degreaser. Nettoyez régulièrement les surfaces de la hotte avec de l’eau savonneuse chaude et un chiffon de coton propre. N’utilisez pas de détergent abrasif ou corrosif, de laines d’acier ou de tampons à récurer; ils égratigneront et endommageront les surfaces. N’utilisez pas de produits à blanchir au chlore ou d’agents nettoyants « orange ». Pour les taches plus tenaces, utilisez du produit dégraissant liquide.
