Parameter
Description
Ethernet Card
Select to configure parameters of the card.
IP Version
There is one option: IPv4.
MAC Address
MAC address of the access controller.
Mode
Static
Set IP address, subnet mask, and gateway address manually.
DHCP
After DHCP is enabled, IP address, subnet mask, and gateway
address cannot be configured.
If DHCP is effective, IP address, subnet mask, and gateway address
will be displayed automatically; if DHCP is not effective, IP address,
subnet mask, and gateway address will all be zero.
If you want to see the default IP when DHCP is effective, you need
to disable DHCP.
IP Address
Enter IP address, and then configure subnet mask and gateway address.
IP address and gateway address must be in the same network segment.
Subnet Mask
Default Gateway
Preferred DNS
Server
Set IP address of the preferred DNS server.
Alternate DNS
Server
Set IP address of the alternate DNS server.
Click OK to complete the setting.
4.9.2 Port
Set the maximum connections clients that the access controller can be connected to and port
numbers.
Select Network Setting > Port.
Configure port numbers. See the following table.
Except max connection, you need to reboot the access controller to make the
configuration effective after modifying values.

Platform clients like Smart PSS are not counted.
TCP Port
Default value is 37777.
HTTP Port
Default value is 80. If other value is used as port number, you need to add
this value behind the address when logging in through browsers.
HTTPS Port
Default value is 443.
RTSP Port
Default value is 554.
