Get to know your LevPower M10
Low Power charging mode:
Double-press the battery level
check button to charge low power
devices such as smartwatches,
Bluetooth headphones, and
fitness trackers. Over the course
of Low Power charging, the
battery level indicator lights will
flash in a circular pattern (1, 2, 3,
4, 1, 2…).
To exit the mode, single-press
the button or wait until a two-
hour limit is reached.

Tip: Using a quality charge/sync cable not only improves energy

Warning
Please read all instructions and warnings before first use, including
charging/recharging instructions and information on the operating
temperature range. Improper use of this product may result in
product damage, excess heat, fire, and other hazards.
Do not short-circuit, bend, crush, puncture, heat, incinerate, or
disassemble the product. Avoid mechanical shock and drop impact.
Do not expose the product to temperatures above 140° F (60° C).
Keep the product away from heat sources, direct sunlight,
combustible material, moisture, and liquids.
The product will generate heat when charging. Always charge in
a cool, well-ventilated area.
Do not use the product if it is bloated, deformed, wet, or otherwise
damaged.
Do not place cards with magnetic stripes or IC chips, such as ID
cards, credit cards, and bank cards, in the vicinity of the wireless
charger.
Keep medical implants, including but not limited to cardiac
pacemakers and cochlear implants, at least 1 foot (or 30.48 cm)
away from the wireless charger in order to avoid interference with
the function of those medical implants.
Product usage by children should be under adult supervision. This
product is not a toy for children; please store it in a secure place
where children cannot reach.
Do not use the phone while it is wirelessly charging on the
charging pad.
Notice
Fully charge the power bank before first use.
Do not put a full or depleted battery in extended storage. To
preserve the lifespan of the power bank, keep the battery level
between 25% to 50% and store it in a cool, dry place when not in
use.
The maximum effective distance between the phone and wireless
charging pad is 4 mm. Remove your phone’s protective bumper
or case if necessary.
If the blue indicator light flashes rapidly, make sure there are no
metal objects (coins, ring stand, finger grip, car mount, chip cards,
etc.) on the charging pad.
● Check the battery level of your LevPower M10
Press the battery level check button, and the battery level indicator
lights will display according to the following table:

● Charge your smartphones, tablets, or other USB
devices
Connect your mobile device to the USB-A or USB-C port on the
battery pack with a quality charge cable. Over the course of
charging, the battery level indicator lights will flash in unison
following the patterns as defined in the preceding table under
Section “Check the battery level of your LevPower M10”.
NOTE: The battery level check button is not a typical ON/OFF switch.
A single press will wake up the power bank from sleep. To turn off
the power bank, 1) unplug all cables from its ports and remove
wirelessly chargeable devices; 2) then press the button one time,
and the power bank will shut off in 1 minute.

● Charge your device on the wireless charging pad
Place your wireless charging enabled device at the center of the
wireless charging pad. Then press the battery level check button to
start charging. While charging is in progress, the blue wireless
charging indicator will stay on.
The center of the device being charged must be aligned with the
center of the wireless charging pad. You may need to adjust the
placement of the device until the device indicates normal charging
or the wireless charging indicator stays on. (Please refer to the
following diagrams for proper placement of the device relative to
the wireless charger.)

A quality charge cable (not included) of an appropriate type and a
matching power adapter (not included) are required. The Input tip
is the cable tip that goes into either input port on the power bank,
while the Output tip gets plugged into the power adapter.
Note: iPhone/iPad users can use the Lightning cable that comes
with their devices. The Lightning cable will not fit in the USB-C
port. Please make sure the tip matches the port before inserting.

During a wireless charging session, the user may decide to remove
their device from the pad and stop charging. If they place their
device on the pad again within 2 minutes, charging will resume;
otherwise, the power bank will shut off wireless charging and go
into standby. In the next 2 hours, it will check every 10 minutes to
see if a device is on the charging pad and wireless charging is to be
resumed. After 2 hours, the wireless charging session will terminate.
If early termination is desired, press the button one time.
