.DESCRIPTION AND USES .
Roll-A-Tex Texture Additive for Paint is a blend of
additives and texturing materials that, when added to
paint, produces a durable and even-flowing texture with
excellent covering and “fill-in” qualities. It is suitable for
brick, cinder block, concrete, drywall, plaster, roofs, stucco
and wood. Texture Additive for Paint is available in three
different blends.
Fine Texture is designed for use on interior or exterior
surfaces providing a “one-step” texture for any new
construction surface. This easy-to-apply texture covers
hairline cracks on repaired surfaces.
Medium Texture is designed for interior or exterior
surfaces providing excellent repair qualities to fill and
cover moderately flawed and cracked surfaces. It may be
used on smooth surfaces where a pronounced textured
look is desired or with extensively cracked walls that
require extra cover-up.
Coarse Texture is excellent for interior or exterior surfaces
where a higher degree of “fill-in” and covering qualities are
required. It is suitable for use on large cracks and
extensively repaired surfaces or wherever a more defined
texture is desired. It provides excellent texturing to cinder
blocks and brick in only one coat.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Apply only when air, material, and surface temperatures
are between 50-90ºF (10-32ºC) and the relative humidity
is below 85%. While mixing, wear a NIOSH approved dust
mask. In a separate container, add the contents of the
package to one gallon of any paint. Add less for surfaces
in good condition and more for surfaces that require more
hiding and texturing. Thoroughly mix to ensure that the
contents are incorporated. For best results, keep the
mixture as thick as possible for best coverage. Use a ⅜” to
¾” nap roller cover. Apply with light pressure and roll out
on the surface. Less rolling will produce a better texture. A
second coat of paint may be applied after partial or
complete drying for greater hiding and a better texture.
CLEAN-UP
Clean hand and application tools with warm soapy water.
