Description: Low-odor, solvent-based, acrylic, water-proofing paint.
Performance Characteristics:

 Prevents water-seepage through cement, masonry and concrete block walls and basement floor slabs.

Recommended Uses:
WATERTITE MOLD & MILDEW-PROOF* WATER-PROOFING PAINT is a ready to use coating formulated to waterproof interior
and exterior concrete, stucco, cement, cinder block and other masonry surfaces. It is ideal for interior basement walls and for sealing
concrete basement slabs prior to installing flooring (not recommended for foot traffic). Also great for exterior foundations and retaining
walls, above and below grade.

WATERTITE Mold & Mildew-Proof* Waterproofing Paint features an Ultra Low Odor oil-base formula that combines a state-of-the-art
waterproofing resin, portland cement, and other unique ingredients and mildewcides. It guarantees a beautiful, smooth finish with
twice the waterproofing strength of latex waterproofers and a mold and mildew-proof* paint film for 5 years.
WATERTITE is a two coat system. The first coat primes and seals the surface. The topcoat completes the sealing process to
ensure protection against water intrusion and mildew growth on the paint film.
Surface Preparation:
New or unpainted masonry: Surface must be clean and free of dirt, grease, oil, soap, and other contaminants. New masonry
must cure at least 30 days before applying waterproofer. Salting or efflorescence - a white powdery deposit often found on walls -
must be removed (“etched”) with WATERTITE Etch and Cleaner or similar product. Follow manufacturer’s directions and safety
precautions. Rinse the surface thoroughly with water after application.
