YournewZinusproductcomeswitha5‐yearlimitedwarrantyagainstdefectsin
workmanshipandmaterials.Thiswarrantybecomesvalidonlyafterthereturnwindowof
theauthorizeddealerhasexpired.Yourproductwillbereplacedoryouwillreceive
apro‐
ratedrefund,atouroption,shoulditbefounddefectivebecauseoffaultyworkmanshipor
structuraldefectsotherthanspecificlimitationscontainedherein.PleasereadthisLimited
Warrantycarefully.TomaintainyourWarranty,youwillneedtocomplywiththeconditions
statedhere.

Zinuswarrantsyourproductagainstmanufacturing
defectsonlyanddoesnotcover
damagesthatresultfrommisuse.Manufacturingdefectsincludecircumstanceswherethe
producthasbrokenundernormaluseandnolongerprovidespropersupportforyour
mattress.Propersupportisdefinedasasmooth,flat,rigidsurface.Intheeventyou
encounteramanufacturingdefect,pleasestopusingthisproductimmediatelyandcall
customerservice.Thewarrantyandfinancialresponsibilityofthemanufacturerapplies
onlytotheproductitselfanddoesnotextendtoitemsthatmightbeusedwiththe
purchasedproduct.

Thiswarrantyisvalidonlytotheoriginalpurchaseroftheproduct,who
isthefirst
purchaseroftheproductasindicatedontheoriginalsalesreceiptorinvoiceandwho
purchasedtheproductfromanauthorizeddealerasanewproduct.Theoriginalinvoiceis
requiredandistheonlyacceptableproofofpurchase,sopleaseretainyouroriginalinvoice.
Thewarranty
appliesonlywhentheproducthasbeenproperlyusedbytheoriginal
purchaser.Properusemeansusingthefoundationonalevelsurfacewithanequal
distributionofweight.Donotplacethefoundationoncastersorrisers.Properusealso
meansthattheproductwasnotabusedbytheconsumer,
asdefinedbythemanufacturer,
includingnotexceedingtheweightcapacity.Thewarrantyisvoidedifanystructural
modificationismadetothefoundationoranypartofthefoundationasdeliveredis
