Instructions For Fastening CAM-BOLT and CAM-LOCK CAM-BOLT Pr-installed on Panels CAM-BOLT Insert Can-bolt into the per-drilled hole. Use a Phillips Screwdriver to tighten until shoulder Is snug and flushed with the panel, See illustrations below. Shoulder Is flushed (on the same level) with the panel. we SHOULDER 7 ~~ pes Na Shoulder is above the panel, ew driver to tum per-installed Cam-lock dock wise to lock onto the head of the Cam-blat.
STEP 1 Screw in Threaded Glide (I) to bottom of Metal Frame (1) as shown, STEP 2 Fasten Metal Tube (2), Metal Frame (1) with Bolt (B1).
STEP 3 a) Connect Metal Tube (5) to Metal Tube (3 8& 4) from the outside surface. b} Insert Turnbuckle {F) into the hole on the inside surface Insert Bolt (B2) through per-drilled hole on (5) to screw into Turnbuckle. (Use a finger to push in (F) to keep it in place. Use Phillips Screwdriver to drive (B82). STEP Drawer Slide (E) consists of 2 parts: Slide (E1) and Profile Strip (E2). Detach (E2) from (E1) by pushing up the Lever on ~ (E2) as shown and pull out E1 E2 at the same time.
STEP 5 Note: Side A has per-instalied Can-locks a) Locate plot holes on both sides (Side Left Middle Panel (8). b) Align the first and last holes on E1 {as shown) to the pilot holes on each panel, and place Elf the front edge of the panel. ¢) Fasten (Ef) with Screws (C1). Use a Phillips Screwdriver to drive the screws. STEP 6 Note: oo Side A has — per-instalied Cant docks a) Locate pint holes on both sides (Side Right Middle Panel (9).
STEP Use a Phillips Screwdriver to screw in Cam-bolt (A) into designated hole on Left & Right Side Panel (6 & 7). Note: Iris easier to screw in cam-bolt with the panels placed flat down. Take care to place the panel on a material that does not scratch or damage the exterior surface of the panels. Refer to Page 4 for instructions to screw in Cali-bolts correctly. b) Place Back Panel (10) as shown note the orientation with respect to the per-installed cam locks. Attach (10) via Cam-bolt (A).
STEP 8B Side with ~~ per-installed Cam-locks to face each other | a) Position subserviently from Step 7 to align the holes on the bottom edge over the Wood Dowel and Cam-boils on Top Panel (11). Press down to firmly attach the sub assembly.
STEP 10 a) Position metal frame assembly from STEP 3 over desktop assembly completed in STEP 9 to align the screw holes on rental assembly to Bottom Panel (12). | bh) Use a Phillips Screwdriver to drive Screw (C2) to fasten metal frame assembly to Bottom Panel (12). Do not tighten Screw (C) completely until all the screws are in place. ¢) Position the dies up-right at this time.
STEP 12 Attach Front Drawer Panel from Step 118 via Can-bolt to each drawer assembly completed in STEP 11. Check that Bottom Drawer Panel (19) fits into the groove on the inside face of Front Drawer Panel (13,14, & 15). Use a Flathead screwdriver to tum per-installed Mattock clockwise to lock Cam-bolt on Front Drawer Panel, STEP 13 Back open end of E2.~ a) Locate pilot holes on Drawer Left Side Panel (16).
STEP 14 Insert the drawers squarely to slide (E2) on the sides of the drawer to (E1) on the Side and Middle Panels. REFER TO INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSERTING DRAWERS. Assembly of the Dsl is complete.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSERTING DRAWERS ya Drawer Side So To insert Drawers: a) On the Side and Middle Panels of the desk, bring the ball-bearing slider on Slide Carrier (E1) forward to the front edge of (£1) (towards drawer opening of the desk). by) Align the back open end of the Drawer Profile Strip (EZ) on each side of the drawer to fit into the groove on the open front end of (E1) on the Side and Middle Panels. Be sure the is not tilted or angled and push in drawer squarely.
