Warranty Information

LIMITEDWARRANTY

Wewarrantourproducts(the"products")asfollows:

1.LimitedWarranty.

Manufacturerwarrantsthattheproductssoldhereunderwillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanshipforaperiodofone

(1)yearfromthedateofpurchase.IftheproductsdonotconformtothisLimitedWarrantyduringthewarrantyperiod(asherein

abovespecified),BuyershallnotifyManufacturerinwritingoftheclaimeddefectsanddemonstratetoManufacturer'ssatisfaction

thatsaiddefectsarecoveredbythisLimitedWarranty.IfthedefectsandproofofpurchaseareproperlyreportedtoManufacturer

withinthewarrantyperiod,andthedefectsareofsuchtypeandnatureastobecoveredbythiswarranty,Manufacturershall,as

itsownexpense,furnishreplacementproductsor,atManufacturer'soption,replacementpartsforthedefectiveproducts.Installation

ofthereplacementproductsorreplacementpartsshallbeatBuyer'sexpense.

2.ExclusiveObligation:

THISWARRANTYISEXCLUSIVE.ThesoleandexclusiveobligationofManufacturershallbetorepairorreplacethedefective

productsinthemannerandfortheperiodprovidedabove.Manufacturershallnothaveanyotherobligationwithrespecttothe

productsoranypartthereof,whetherbasedoncontract,tort,strictliabilityorotherwise.Undernocircumstances,whetherbased

onthisLimitedWarrantyorotherwise,shallManufacturerbeliableforincidental,special,orconsequentialdamages.

3.OtherStatements.

Manufacturer'semployeesorrepresentatives'oralorotherwrittenstatementsdonotconstitutewarranties,shallnotberelied

uponbyBuyer,andarenotpartofthecontractforsaleorthislimitedwarranty.

4.EntireObligation.

ThisLimitedWarrantystatestheentireobligationofManufacturerwithrespectstotheproducts.IfanypartofthisLimited

Warrantyisdeterminedtobevoidorillegal,theremaindershallremaininfullforceandeffect.
