ZP19007 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS GENERAL INFORMATION IMPORTANT k Check the inside of the larger pieces in your box for other materials packed inside. k When assembling components, place on a non-abrasive surface (i.e. shipping box) to avoid scratching. k We recommend an area approximately 5’x 8’ for unobstructed assembling. k You should not need to use excessive force when assembling components.

ZP19007 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 2: ASSEMBLE FIRST PANEL STEP 2.1 Position the Long Top Rail (B) and Long Bottom Rail (D) as illustrated. Slide a Short Post (G) and the Tall Post (F) down through the large routed holes in the long top rail and long bottom rail until the predrilled holes in the posts and the pre-dilled holes in the rails are aligned. Note: Make sure you insert the tall post into the sides of the long top rail and long bottom rail with two pre-drilled holes.
ZP19007 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 3: INSERT PICKETS STEP 3.1 Pickets (H) are stamped 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 to create a scallop pattern. Insert the pickets in the pattern illustrated. 1 H 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 2 1 Note: Once inserted, the pickets will lock into place. To remove the picket(s), gently insert a butter knife along the bottom of the picket as shown, and slowly pull up the picket(s). STEP 4: ASSEMBLE THE SECOND PANEL STEP 4.
ZP19007 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 4.2 Once all the predrilled holes are aligned, screw the short top rail and short bottom rail into both sides of the short post with (4) ¾” self-drilling stainless steel screws. STEP 5: INSERT PICKETS INTO SECOND PANEL STEP 5.1 Pickets are stamped 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 to create a scallop pattern. ZP19007 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 6: FASTEN PANELS TOGETHER STEP 6.1 STEP 6.2 Fasten the two panels together using the second pre-drilled holes in the long rails using (2) 2½” Self-Drilling Stainless Steel Screws (J). J Bring the two panels together as shown (you might need a helper). STEP 7: INSTALL FENCE INTO THE GROUND STEP 7.1 Move the fence to its final location, and identify the location of the posts. STEP 7.2 Attempt to push the fence into the ground as illustrated.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ZP19007 STEP 7.3 Optional in hard ground: If your ground is too hard, or you have more than 3 or 4 panels to install, please consider these options: 1. Use a 1¾” diameter auger bit (commonly used for planting tulips) as illustrated ($15-$20 on Amazon.com). 2. Drill a hole about 12” to 16” deep at the desired location, and fill the holes with water as illustrated. 3. Push the fence posts into the holes. 1 2 3 WWW.ZIPPITY-OUTDOOR.
ZP19007 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 7.4 1. Loosen the top 4” of the ground with a claw hammer as illustrated. 2. Add water to loosen soil. 3. Use a block of wood to protect the top of the posts, and gently hammer each post into the ground equally. 1 3 2 STEP 7.5 Level the assembled fence, and backfill and compact dirt around the base of the posts to strengthen the fence if needed.
