GENERAL INFORMATION IMPORTANT • Please read through before starting assembly. • Important: Check the inside of the larger pieces in your box for other materials packed inside. • When assembling components, place on a non-abrasive surface (i.e. shipping box) to avoid scratching. • We recommend an area approx 5’x 8’ for unobstructed assembling. • You should not need to use excessive force when assembling components.

STEP 2: ASSEMBLE THE FENCE FRAME STEP 2.1 Identify the top rail (Part C) and the bottom rail (Part D) and position them as shown below. Pressure fit two loose rail end caps (Part B) into the ends of each rail. Bottom rail has no picket holes on underside of the rail. STEP 2.2 Slide (2) posts (Part F) down into the routed holes in the horizontal rails. STEP 2.3 Align the pre-drilled holes in the posts and the rails.
STEP 3: INSERT THE PICKETS STEP 3.1 The pickets (Part E) are numbered at the bottom 1, 2, 3, and 4 to create a scallop pattern. Lay out your pickets in the order shown below. Insert the pickets into the rail as illustrated. Note: The tabs on the bottom of the pickets go into the bottom rail to lock the picket into place. 1 1 2 3 4 4 3 2 STEP 4: ASSEMBLE THE SECOND FENCE PANEL STEP 4.1 Repeat Steps 2 and 3 to assemble the second fence panel. www.zippity-outdoor.
STEP 5: INSTALL FENCE INTO GROUND STEP 5.1 Move the fence to its final location and identify the location of the posts. STEP 5.2 Attempt to push the unit into the ground as illustrated. Optionally: 1. If your ground is too hard, loosen the top 6” or 7” of the ground with a claw hammer as illustrated. 2. Add water to loosened soil. 3. Use a block of wood to protect the top of the post and gently hammer the post into the ground.
STEP 5.3 Level the assembled unit, backfill, and compact dirt around the base of each post to strengthen the unit. Level www.zippity-outdoor.
STEP 6: FASTEN JOINER CLIPS STEP 6.1 Fasten the fence panels together using the joiner clips (Part G) and the 1” self-augering screws (Part I) as illustrated below. Angled Fence Application Corner Fence Application 8 www.zippity-outdoor.
STEP 7: ATTACH POST CAPS STEP 7.1 Push the post caps (Part A) over the top of the posts to complete the assembly. The post caps will lock into place when pushed over the posts. 6935 Reames Rd. Ste.
