ERRORS: CAUSES & SOLUTIONS
Problem
Possible cause & solution
The device will not switch on
Check whether the power plug is plugged in. Check
whether the power cable or plug is damaged.
The display shows H20
An alarm sounds and the machine switches off because the
water level has fallen below MIN. Disconnect the machine
from the power supply, top up water, reconnect and then
switch on again.
The display shows E02
The heating element is too hot. An alarm sounds and the
machine switches off. Allow the machine to cool down, fill
up with water and switch on again. If this error appears
again, the temperature sensor is damaged and must be
repaired. Contact your retailer or manufacturer.
The device is relatively noisy
The machine may be calcified and needs to be descaled.
Scan the QR code for good descaler.
An error message will only disappear after the cause has been remedied or by
removing the plug from the socket for 5 seconds.
